Hi, I’m LaToya Stirrup…

and I’m a serial creator! Yes, you read that right. I love to bring ideas to life. I’m also a speaker, coach, strategist, consultant, loving partner, and mom to two growing boys with a flair for product innovation. I’m the CEO and co-founder of KAZMALEJE (cosmology), a Miami-based company I started with my two sisters, LaTasha & LaTrice, to create innovative hair tools and accessories for textured hair. I’ve been featured in Forbes, Essence, Black Enterprise, Yahoo! Finance, NBC’s Rebound, and The Next Black Millionaire docuseries on The Roku Channel to name a few.

I’ve also won several grants and pitch competitions raising more than $400,000 over the years for my business! This means I know a thing or two on how to creatively fund a growing indie brand. I’m also passionate about sustainability, as KAZMALEJE is the first and only hair tool company to be certified plastic-neutral by Repurpose Global.
